* mention that we bundle non-GPL'd tools (e.g. paxmirabilis),

whose licence needs not be GPL-compatible (but OSD/DFSG-free)
in the svn source tree (LICENCE doesn't cover distfiles that
don't originate from ourselves)

* mention the web page for the licence
