no long help texts to busybox applets available

Description

We (at least wbx and me) all want to have full help output for busybox applets. As long as it doesn't take really a lot of space, I think it's a good idea to have it enabled per default.

Note that if even myself benefits from these help messages, less skilled people surely will do either.

Reverted in r1915, that is too much (~15 kByte uncompressed, 4.5 kByte compressed)
