tntnet configuration inconsistency

Description

You can select both OpenSSL and GnuTLS for Tntnet. Please change the Config.in so that, once one is selected, the other cannot be selected any more, or make a choice menu (SSL: None, OpenSSL, GnuTLS) out of it.
