clean up after wbx@:
• fix svn:ignore property
• remove his patch that shreddered configure unusable
• make this configure through
• actually copy the files generated into the ipkg

I wouldn't consider this minimal though, as it uses 4 MiB of space,
uncompressed (the IPKG (gzipped) is 1.5 MiB huge)… uw-imapd rules ☻
