algorithm for variable expansion, dead simple:
• first, variables are looked up:
  - ${FOO} -> content of FOO
  syntax errors are handled by eating the dollar sign and braces:
  - $x -> x
  - ${x -> x
• then, all first backslashes are removed

• new keyword type MULTITOP = multi + optional iterator
• change a little in the data types to match spec and nfo draft
• fix a double free while here: str_[n]add() does realloc, no need to free

• use libdl (required on GNU/Lunox)
• fix categories decl (oops…)
• insert categories into DB
