remove -pedantic and readd -Werror, as there
seems to be no way of using a variadic macro with
only the minum needed params. gcc warns despite '##'
was used, wich makes no sense to me.

first checkin of nfotizer, the info.nfo parser/interpreter

I've also added my testing info.nfo, which breaks the specification somewhat.
(My parser strips leading whitespaces from every line.) Invocation is very simple,
just run './nfotizer /path/to/testpkg/info.nfo', the files are always being
created inside the directory of the nfo file itself.
