Integrate some latex improvements into the handbook
* many thanks to Lars Weiler for sending the patch
* now there are latex commands for choosing the appropriate
font style (\code{}, \app{}, \file{}, etc.)
* some tabular environments were changed to longtable, to
allow breaking them at page borders
* always prefer Verbatim (fancyvrb) over verbatim (ugly standard)
* added a TODO pointing to missing documentation about wireless gmodes,
please someone with a clue document the different modes
* tried to prevent automatic page breaks to keep diff small
(will correct all long lines in another commit)

WDS link can and should be separate secured. If you do not
set wireless-wds-security, the WDS will not be secured.
The nas4not binary (a symlink to nas) can only use WPA1 PSK with AES or TKIP.
The normal access point can still be configured as WPA1/WPA2 with AES or TKIP,
whcih allows more compatibility on client side.
some minor corrections to the handbook..

Bugfix for bridged wireless lan setups:
* updated handbook.tex for the new interface option "wireless-bridge-if".
* now the nas-daemon will be restarted after a bridge
with an wifi interface attached has been configured.
I know this bugfix is quite ugly, that's why it's just for the 1.0 branch.
The network script in trunk will get rewritten soon anyways.
Wbx agreed in just commiting this in branch.
This closes bug #236.

OK, we found some cases where the legacy ioctl-Interface is used to determinate ip and broadcast address from an interface (olsrd). For many years there is a netlink interface, but some programmers ignore it. With this interface it is not possible to see the internal broadcast route ("ip route show table local | grep ^broadcast"). I added a "broadcast +" option to all example configs, the broadcast is then determinated automatically by the kernel (tested with various netmask combinations).

disable Linksys 1.x support. FreeWRT does not work on these devices and after I killed my Linksys 1.1 a few minutes ago, we are even not able to fix this issue. Golden rule, FreeWRT only supports devices we have access to. I am not sure if i get my Linksys JTAG'ed, but my uart tests failed. My UART works fine on Asus WL500g/Linksys WAP, but not on my Linksys WRT54G1.1. A very sad day, my first really dead *WRT since december 2004, where I got my first Linksys WRT54GS v1.0, still alive and one of my test machines, and started with OpenWrt....
