• both 1.0 and trunk: implement “make targz”, “make tarbz2”
  (I like the gzip(1)d versions better though)

sync file_subs.c (and what depends on it) with trunk,
this one contains a fix for a bug that could have led
to, under certain circumstances, the inability to ex-
tract .ipk files on the build system

Import paxmirabilis (MirCpio) from CVS as of today:
cvs -d anoncvs@anoncvs.mirbsd.org:/cvs co src/bin/pax

This will be used to replace the dependency on
GNU tar, reduce bugs and add flexibility.
